New classes beginning September 20, 2010 at 6:00PM and February 21, 2011 in the Spokane Valley. Classes are informative, interactive and fun, empowering couples to birth peacefully and with confidence. Each week we watch a video/DVD concerning pregnancy, labor and birth: including “Giving Birth: Challenges and Choices” by Suzanne Arms and “Birth Into Being” by the Global Maternal/Child Health Association and Waterbirth International.
