Cathy Weston is a home birth specialist, working with pregnant women and their families in the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area for over 20 years. Having lived in California and Montana, Cathy and her family eventually found themselves in Hayden, ID where they enjoy living close to nature and the city. Cathy regularly attends Mindful Mamas meetings on Thursday mornings at the Unity Church on Spokane’s South Hill—a great place to garner support and advice from professionals, like Cathy, as well as other parents. She also leads Birth Talk, a support group where women share their birth stories to help each other grow and learn.
